I have our Corporate Attorney checking on a deal with regard to a title on a car I am looking at and I am going to pass this case by him just because you're ticking me off. Any info I get is passed to the buyer.

You got attitude Big Boy and are trying to be tough and are making threats. Read the thread on Mike2124 - he took the same approach and I believe he is in jail right now.

So while you are talking smack and feeling like a big dog, I am going to be checking to see how the buyer can come after YOU quickly, cost effectively and painfully.

I will be in my attorney's office on Monday, and I will be passing info I have on Tuesday, and perhaps case papers will be filled within 5 days.

You probably have four days to fix this.

look at the outside how could you not know , you act like 9000 grand is nothing for that motor , its a buyers market there are deals on nice motors all over that are not junk, and if 9000 grand is such a good deal give it back and resell the motor or part it out , how come you dont have the money if its such a small amount , and the prices you named fore parts thats new prices not used junk prices , you need to do the right thing and give the money back.......

If you were ready and willing to make $500 on turning the motor, you surely are on the hook for the stated condition. How is that $500 looking now? You can be cocky all you want, but these guys here will keep you in misery forever and there is a very good chance you will be doing time if you do not make this right. And by making this right (write for you) THAT MEANS A FULL REFUND OF ALL MONIES NOT TRYING TO PAINT A TURD. THERE IS NO AMOUNT OF PARTS THAT WILL MAKE THAT MOTOR RIGHT!!!
