hotrod , if you can't ship something when you trade , you need to imform the other party of that or don't make a trade or sale untill you can ship . PERIOD...you just caused yourself alot of grief... :(

well u cant make everybody happy..and i didnt really know he was going to trade me..cause i have had alot of people coming to me and wanting to trade this for that and when it comes down to it they want send it..So i guess i thought he was another one of them..But when i got the stall in then i was susprized..So i done everything i could do to get them out..And thanks manica for telling me..But ill trade back to him or if he want to send the pistons back to me then that will be ok but he can have them for the trouble i have caused him..bbut i didnt know about the pistons..So if he wants the stall back ill send it out to him thrusday and ill send him a tracking number..

Well IMO you just lost all trust from this guy just by doing this stuff. You should have been more upfront with him so that he knew what was going on. Right now I am in the middle of buying a car off of RJ and we keep in touch constantly.

No i told him that ill send them out when i get the money andi told him i didnt have the money and he said he will pay the shipping COD if ill send him something extra..and i told him i had some copper head gaskets to send him..and i packed everything up but i couldnt get them out tat day..but i was going to ship them out the next day and he said he would have paid the shipping if i would have sent it out tha day..well he didnt tell me that untill i was going to ship them and then he changed his mind on the shipping so i had to come up with the shipping money..So thats why it took so long to ship..

I am still having a hard time believeing all of this. It took you over a month to ship them out to him. That is 2 paydays at least and you didnt even try to ship them out to him on them at all. I think there is more to this than what is being said.

If you dont know what your selling you shouldnt be selling it!!! you should disclose every detail with the buyer before he sends you money, people that dont do that are labeled (scammers)! It might come as a big suprise to you but this is real life and people work hard for there money , and take this crap serious. not tryin to be a d**k but facts are facts.

yea i know cause i work hard to make a little extra money as well and i know how it feels to be scammed..So i Know im not a scammer..and another thing as far as money to ship it i dont get but a check each month and thats why it took me so long to ship it..but you have to do the best u can do and thats the best i could have done at the time..everybody isnt perfect and all your transaction isnt going to go right..Someone allways one or 2 people will have a pproblem with something..How do i know he isnt trying to scam me..I mean its not only me..But im will to take care of it though..But everything will be ok cause im sending him the stall back thrusday..

I don't see how he could be scamming you when you already had his converter and he had nothing :? and pistons three different sizes come on you need to know what you got before you list it for sale. Oh and the nuts for the bolts that were missing what were you going to do get just any old nut out of your "junk" drawer and give to him?
