Pete apologized, ANTHONY owes him a 406. Anthony is a minor, who has NO BUSINESS playing in a mans world if he cannot follow your specific directions while doing so: ie..Do not post it as a 406, he did anyway! YOU because you are the minors parent owe pete a 406. Just stating my opinion, and by virtue of a free country I am allowed to do that. I am truly sorry he brought your family into this, I would be pissed too. I might even consider telling him to go screw himself.......In the end of it all though, you have to ask yourself: If I hadn't allowed it to be advertised as a 406 would I be in this situation? Yes James, you ALLOWED it to be posted. YOU are responsible for your minor childs actions.......Any judge will surely let you know that if you are not sure. Good luck in hammering this out, you really need to. |

there he goes again one min. he wants to make it rite then he does a 360 u can 't deal with a man like this u know ur self a car can run 5.90 and a different track and different weather tire presure and the driver means a lot in the kind of weather the heat and humidy we are having in tenn is bad come on i know i will never hear from him oh well what goes around comes around i over being mad i just looking at who and what i dealed with

While you are thinking about this.......Also think about the Camaro ad......Just spent $7k on the motor, just spent $2k on the tranny....Unless YOU GUYS did this, then it is misrepresented. Also, is the car set up "perfect" as Anthony states in the Camaro ad? Or does it have problems like ALL the guys at the track told YOU? James, you don't need to make a bad name for yourself.....Anthony is doing a fine job for you. You can deny, justify or kid yourself about all this.......I see the facts in front of me. You need to salvage this if you can, an 406 motor isn't worth ones reputation. BTW, yes sir, you do owe pete the 406.........Anthony is a minor, you are responsible.

that a another lie i told them my other car ran 5.90 all fiberglass car with 468 there were 3 of us they will back my story up but this is non since cause they know they are in the wrong so they going to say alot of things to get out of it so ya'll don't need to get upset over this just remember don't deal with them

That is fine. It is funny how people do a turn around but I know what is wrong. Saying the van had a 406 was wrong if it did not and what he did was wrong but hey that is ok. I don't mind what you guys think of me. I know what i did and what I was trying to do. I did nothing wrong.

Why is saying it had an 406 ok now? Do you really think you aren't responsible for pete being screwed?
BTW, people turn and change their minds when credible evidence is presented. This I guess was basically a trial, looks like you lost. Look at the number of people that read this thread, lots of negative exposure for a damn small block.

s a 496 when i broubht it to u but now i don't the way ya'll deal and i told you that the nitrous was a 500 plate that i had extra for my other car u knew it hadden been on that car cause it had no hoses don't try to turn things round and make me look bad cause u got caught plus where the new 750 carb cause a 750 carb is a double pumper but it don't matter any more u ain't going to do nothing about it cause your own friend guy has told me alot about you and the 406 u sold him that was junk

really hate to change the subject and I personally don't care about either party , but there has not been one pic , engine numbers or anything to prove the cubic inches of the motor in question ...just one man saying what it is , .thats not PROOF...period...so far all the name calling and cussing has been for nothing...somebody , ANYBODY , prove their claim or they don't have a claim. JMO
