Oct. 16th O'K for me talked to Jimmy Smith and he definately wants to make it, Tracy S. also, and possibly another Ford car (yuk) JK, it's one bad motor scooter, if he makes it you will see. I still have to get my 434" in my car and build a 482" for an 1800 lbs tube chassis Dodge Datona injected on gas who also wants to be there i still have a lot of work to do on it, including setting up the injection. Rabbit there is a sand track just outside of Batesville Ms. that runs on sun. afternoon, i don't know what the payout is but there are some pretty good cars/trucks that run there. my house is only 10 miles away from the track so if you bring your truck i'd go and i'm sure Jimmy S. would also, even if you can't/don't bring your truck, we'd all like to say howdy to a fellow racer and RJ friend. Heck i wouldn't mind if James brought his 8 sec. Camero that he traded for, and i'll just bet that there willl be enought good tuners/minds at Byhalia the the car can get into the 6's ( James (midsouth hotrods)this is an open invitation to you you personally, all the BS that's gone on in the forum set aside)

You can improvise it to the direction your coming from but the track is on rabbit ridge road.

Charlie , do you think the owner might let us in a little early in the afternoon , so we can do some grilling and such before the races , that would be nice...check on that for us.

I plan on spectating, hope to bring a few peeps with me...

Gates open pretty early Paul, usually 3 or 4pm.

TT's have been starting between 6-7pm lately so if two or three hours aint enough time to get your grill on, let me know.
