I was not getting into what was right or wrong but just posting info on the intake. IMO it was a little misleading by saying it was a victor R instead of 2-R but I would not have bought something without a clear pic or directly asking if it was the exact intake I was looking for( just because someone has an item for sale does not mean they actually used it or know much info about it, therefore post it as best as they can). As far as him trying to directly SCREW you, I don't think he did. I see fault on both sides. It sucks you paid for something and it turned out not to be what you needed. Hope you can either sell it and get the one you need or he will refund your money and resell it himself.

Since I was just accused of being a "Fraud" I do understand how the seller feels and would understand the buyers issue if it weren't for 3 things!! 1) YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE INTAKE AND NEED A SECOND? YOU KNEW WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BECAUSE YOU HAVE ONE ALREADY. 2) I CAN CLEARLY READ 2-R ON THE INTAKE and yours has no writing similar does it?. 3) AND YOU ARE GOING THROUGH ALL THIS FOR $150?????????????????? You have to be kidding right? You are trashing a guy for that? He posted the pic and you did not recognize an intake you already own one of. Seems unfair to me. The intake is worth every penny you paid and easily sellable so, if you own a boat with two motors the cost of the intake is about 0.000000001% of the total, or not even worth argueing over.
