Dont know about that,but Alabama law enforcement is going to swear out a felony theft by deception warrant for his arrest if my money is'nt returned.I took off work,called Alabama law enforcement,Oklahoma law enforcement,talked to his boss to try and convince him to do the right thing.Its all in his court now,do the right thing or I will persue civil and criminal charges at the state and federal level!! IC3.GOV is the internet fraud division of the FBI, and according to the site what he has done(selling 2 people the same product) with the intent to defraud them both is a federal crime!!!!!!! I may never see a dime of my money back,BUT you would be amazed as to how bad Alabama prisons really are!! JUSTICE!
