Another freakin Earthquake today. Not as bad as Friday.

Looks like another winter storm watch today, 4"-7" of snow mixed with ice/sleet and high winds. When will this end :?: :evil:

Man can you believe they are calling for 70 degree's here Wednesday ?? !..Probably another Earthquake Thursday and Snow Saturday.

At least you guys are consistant Bone on the bad side I know.....WE here in SC are ALL OVER THE PLACE ...No-one knows what to expect from day to day down here.

It's suppose to be in the high 60s here Thursday as well.

This area is pretty resilient. After all the damage and power outages it was back to work almost as normal by Monday morning.
Wish I had a picture of the power companies staged at an old shut down mall. They had thousands of trucks from power companies from as far as Michigan staged and ready to go to work before the storm ever got here. Of course tree companies from all over and many of them are still working and will be for weeks.
With everything considered the utility companies, DOT, police dept, and the people got through this mess and cleaned it up pretty darn fast. Of course there is still a lot to clean up, but most of that isn't stopping people from normal day to day living or going to work.

Can someone draw us up plans to build a huge tube w/a humungo fan to blow sum warm air up from key west...50 LS 6 454s outta do it for power.lol :D

Wow, are you in Oklahoma now? 74 today, earthquakes 3 of the last 6 days. 1ea yesterday and today.

The temp hit 78 today now we are getting sever storms. Just saw a county north of us is getting 80 mph winds with a possible funnel cloud. We are suppose to get 60mph winds shortly.

55° today and the 21" of snow we have had so far this February is melting fast and the flood warning are out. Main road to my house has 3 heavy wash over spots coming off the fields. Big mess is gonna get bigger unless it gets cold enough to freeze all this crap.

Currently in a S.W Burb of Chicago its 43 degrees and windy, just got done raining on the 6 foot snow drifts I have next to my driveway (2-20-14 8:54 PM) That's Chicago weather for ya !!!!!

Did everybody make through the storms ok last night? I know some of you got hit pretty hard.

lets see record breaking snow last week, warmed up to 70 degree's with 2 earthquakes in same week....this morning about 6am a tornado came thru...all within 7 days...hmmmmmmmm

well that about covers it all I guess but a Volcano and I do not believe we have any of those around here I DO NOT THINK...I better watch what I say. :shock:

If Yellowstone blows, the whole Eastern US will be in the dark ages, for ages ......

low 60s this past weekend 29 degrees when I left for work this morning and its suppose to be a low of 16 on Wednesday.

Yup temp is dropping up here in upper ny state. :roll: Another month and we will be home free....warm wetter.... :D

We are suppose to get ice tonight.once again we are on the line were it could be 1/2 inch to an inch with snow on top of it tomorrow. So far this year we have been lucky and the worst has always missed us. Right now it's raining heavy and the temp is falling.

Just saw a updated forecast they say now we will get around a 1/2 inch of ice followed by a inch of snow in the morning. It has been icing for about an hour now. The bushes out front have a coating on them don't think we are going to dodge it this time.

70 degrees yesterday and going to 29 tonight.
I hope the plants and trees can take it.

My in laws are still staying with us they were told it will be Thursday or Friday before there power is back on

Its snowing in Nashville today.

We got a 1/2" dusting Monday night that turned the highway into a giant sheet of ice on Tuesday morning before the sun came up. Counted 5 semis and 15 cars in the ditch on my 62 mile commute!
Looks like the warming trend is starting this weekend finally! Come on Summer!

We just finished cleaning up my parents place this past Sunday from the ice storm. There are still trucks running around town everyday picking up piles and plies of tree limbs. They haven't even started getting to some of the outer counties yet. That storm cost many millions of $'s in damages.
I've had enough of this cold weather and ready for spring and summer to get here. We'll probably go from this cold stuff straight to 90* +.
