Group Hug!

I know that everything is a matter of personal preference, but I'd trade my left nut for that "circus wagon". I've owned many Camaros from '68-'73 and bought several new. Mostly Z-28's. It was great in the early '70's. You could buy a 30k Z28 for under 3k. I bought a new 70 1/2 Z-28 and always tried to copy that Badwin Motion look. Wish I would've stashed some of the cars I've had. Hindsight 20/20!

Graduated from high school in 67 at the age of 17, and bought a RS Camaro for $2400.00

My first Camaro was a 68 SS with a 327 automatic. I bought it in 1985 for $1900. You cant buy a rusted shell for that kind of money these days!
27 years later I have been through 12 first and second generation F-Bodies. Wish I still had them all!

I think I saw a pic of that one... was it blue? Wasn't that the car that you put a used 350 piston in (replaced cracked) on a weekend & were driving it again by Monday??? I love that story... high school dayz...

That was the one Scooter! The guy I sold it to's 16 year old daughter drove it through a laundromat after she had her license for 3 days!

Guess what people. Mr Garay (the scammer) is back under a new member name. He goes under the username camaro427joe so just a heads up,be careful that you don't get ripped off by him like I did.
Thanks

I just found Joe(John)Garay on 2 other sites also.
Team Camaro site under the name of 67prostreetcamaro and NastyZ28 site as camaro427joe. He seems to hang around the classifieds.
He must be looking for more victims to rip off.

After lots of feedback on this issue and people telling Mr. Garay to make things right he did finally refund me. I hope anyone that has any dealings with him are getting their parts. For me,lesson learned and only purchase from manufactures and performance shops.
