Nick changing his ways?
 

Well as of today Nick called and left me a message saying he was sorry and wanted me to call him so we could talk directly and if he owed me anything, he was ready to settle up. So we will see...........

I know this thread has been around for a while, but I dont think anyone has gone after this guy through the legal system. I wonder why?

This guy is never going to settle up with you unless you take legal action. Posting on this thread is not going to prompt him to do anything.

If he has ripped off such a large group, then gentlemen you need to as a GROUP go to the state prosecutor in his location. Notify the AG as well.

Multiple individual complaints- just updating the thread isnt going to get him to do anything.

If he wanted me to call I'd say cram it and come after him legally- And btw that doesnt mean big attorney dollars. There are many ways that you can legally come after someone without spending a fortune.

Guys if this dude ripped you off- make him squirm. I would.

Remember Mike2124 thought he'd get away with it- and he was WRONG.

Hello everyone, just an update, got a message from Nick today wanting me to call so I did. He stated that he wanted to make it right with everyone and he was going to send me my money. Will keep everyone informed.

Glad you did!!! He wanted me to call him and I told him I was done talking to him as he never wanted to answere the phone or email me back till people really started getting on him. He has got my address and he knows what or how much he owes me so if he wants to send it great but it would only make us even because no matter what it will never make it right!

Nick just emailed me and said he was going to ship me the money on the 15th if he does we are even on our deal and Ill post he paid me.

I WENT AND DID A DEAL WITH NICK, EVERYTHING WENT GOOD I DELV. HE PAID ME GAS ,WHEN I GET THERE WITH MY TRADE HE DOESNT HAVE THE INTERIOR FOR THE MAVERICK I TRADED FOR,SAID HE WOULD MEET ME IN ANDERSON LATER THAT MONTH AND GIVE ME THE STUFF ,AS I WAS LEAVING I NOTICED I FORGOT A SET OF PISTIONS I WAS GETTING IN THE DEAL THERE ALSO,SO CALLED HIM BACK HE SAID HE WOULD BRING THEM TO ANDERSON ALSO,WELL HE DIDNT COME TO ANDERSON ,I CONTACTED HIM SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT STUFF ,HE GOT BACK WITH ME SAID HE WAS SENDING PISTIONS THATS WAS DEC. 12 ,NO PISTIONS OR INTERIOR ,SO MUCH FOR TRUSTING HIS WORD ,WHEN I CAME TO HIM I BROUGHT EVERYTHING ,I WAS A FOOL TO TRUST HIM LESSION LEARNED ,NO MORE TRADING UNLESS EVERYTHING IS THERE....WATCH OUT FOR NICK IS RIGHT ......

*Go to local law Enforcement.

*If you cant afford an attorney, then contact the closest university to him.and see if their law teachers might help you gratis. Maybe their students could practice on him.

*Go on the web and get cheap airfare to visit him in person.

Nick scammed me out of over $800 dollers in parts,bought a race car that he claimed was nice and never damaged,frame was scrapped,4 different balljoints,both lower a frames bent,over 70% had to be thrown away. If you happen to get in on the phone he tell you whatever he wants you to hear!!! I sent a man to pick up car and Nick just somehow forgot the extra parts,but his grandma and his dog died and he just forgot. Drove over 2000 miles ,he answered the phone and offered to meet me about 80 miles from Albany on Mon. but never showed,wouldn't answer phone again!!! I have called Kentucky Motor vehicles and turned him in as acting as a dealer without a license. I've turned him in my state to the local police for "THEFT BY DECEPTION"... HEY NICK/PUKE what comes around goes around. (SEE YA AT THE RACETRACK)
