Mr Boone, As much as i hate to say this i'm going to anyway. I do not think you will totally recover your time or Money on this deal..In order for you to come out as you were before the deal is to UN-DO the Orginal Deal Step for Step..simply just reverse everything......

With this said.I ISSUE A CHALLANGE TO JOSH KIRK......If you make the deal right for Mr Boone..and i mean make it right for him not what you think is right..i will MAKE A NEW POST FOR YOU AND CLEAR YOUR NAME IN THAT JOSH KIRK MADE IT RIGHT AND I WILL LOCK THAT THREAD .this means people reads it but they cannot post anything to it....i have never made this offer to anyone..but i feel Mr Boone and yourself here could use some help before this gets too far out of control.

Now i do not know how you feel about this offer..but i can assure you Reputations is worth a Lot Of Money...Many people are reading this thread ( thousands will end up reading it just not responding)..How do i know this?..i know this cause i am a Moderater on this board which means i montior traffic on each thread..You would be shocked at the people that has read this thread so far....

nothing listed in your ad is in or on that junk motor!! nothing. i bet its not even a 383. roller rockers? none, eagle crank? stock, victor jr? weiand, stock main bolts. that motor is not worth $200 if its running. you know you came out on top of this deal. do you feel good about it? to trade. and you want boones to pay shipping for you to make it right? if you screwed boones this bad, you know you wont make it right.

Crane roller cam 234i/242e .547i/.558e. Roller Rockers, forged pushrods, crane valve springs. ARP studs and bolts Performer RPM intake manifold. Everything is balanced and blue printed.

ive read this thread from the beginning and waited to see if someone would catch what totrade kept saying. first he says he knows only what he was told about this motor. but yet he rambles off a list of parts.and on the bottom of his add he says he has 8500.00 in parts in this motor. not i got 8500.00 tied up in this motor, but 8500.00 in PARTS IN THIS MOTOR.and in one of his replies he states he doesnt know much about mtrs. but yet he can spout off a parts list that would make a hell of a engine.he ripped the boones off and got caught, now hes trying to get his butt out off trouble not to do whats right.and he dont want to spend his money to get out of it, if he can help it.stealing is stealing no matter what.and this guy is going to get away with it because hes giving what he stole back. im glad for booneracing but this guy should be hung after its all over and i mean hung by the law not us citizens! im so damn mad and i dont know why. i guess i just got old and im tired of seeing people like him whine and cry then get to walk away.people like him ( and lawmakers) have ruined my country

It's good and all about ToTrade wanting to make this right but this is a situation that should have never happened.
I don't buy the horseshyt line of I payed $2800 for this engine and am going off what i was told was in it not One bit.
That engine is a hunk of shyt in the photos not only by Interior appearance but exterior appearance, Could have went out to your truck/buddies car which runs a stock V8 and seen there 100K mile truck engine looked nicer.
That is a Bonestock wore-out 350 in them photos if one who sells/trades often could not figure that out or Know that then they should stick to knitting blankets as it clearly shows there clueless as to anything mechanical.
Hope you do get it taken care of Boones, I myself would have flown down to Tx. taken care of business then drove a rental car back, It'd had the engine out of the Camaro in the trunk

I think the motor is in transport.we will wait for it to get there.then we will know..

The motor is to be delivered tomorrow {Monday } I will let everyone know what happens at that point.

I sure hope he made good on this for both of you. We really need to help each other in times like this.
