For now it is in the hands of the BBB. Kingdom has been associated with BBB since April this year, (not accredited) and mine is atleast the second complaint.

Well,, I think I am starting to feel a LITTLE better,, no my problem has not been resolved, but Kingdoms BBB rating has changed from C- to not rated. I hope this is from my complaint.
