Yes Jonlil you can sue him in your state- Precedent set in Michigan state law as it applies to Internet advertisement-

Theres a strategy to it and your local LE or Court probably is unaware or doesnt want to be bothered. You'll need to cite the MI case and see if there is any Federal suppport for it.
