I ended up buying a Fluidampr. Nothing against ATI.

Ok but if your engine is balanced INTERNALLY like most racing engines you would need a NEUTRAL or ZERO balancer and flywheel ( no counter weights ) If your running a dampner and flywheel with a counter weights on a internally balanced engine your basically negating that costly balance job> Cp

My fluid dampner and flexiplate are both nuetral.Thats what you have on internally balanced motors isnt it ?????

Yes definetly, neutral for internall balanced and counterweighted for externally balanced.
