The Home Depot also sells Lexan sheeting. Most of their products are indeed standard acrylic sheet. I bought 3 sheets that are enough to do my side glass for about 70 bucks a sheet. They usually don't keep the 4x8 sheet in stock and have to order it. Thats why you don't see it in the stores. I got the 1/8 inch sheets.I plan to retain my windshield until it gets bad enough to warrant replacement. I wanted to get margard but I need other safety items first instead of just replacing a new windshield,unless a great deal comes about.I only opted to go the Lexan route as thats the only option when using glass doors..

I bite the bullet and went with percys it spendy but the windshield is formed and only needs slight trimming
