Mr hall e-mail me and gave me the trucking co. name that he used and also said that the guy at the trucking co. will e-mail him a tracking # when he does he will let me know. Rudy I like your two sence, thats the way I do business, and thats called GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. hope all can learn from this post. I will let you know if or when I get my parts. Thanks Mike S.

all i have to say on this is after reading both parties reponses on this sell and the comments that hotrod6831535 made about he doesn't need to prove anything and he doesn't have time to ship a item he was paid for;;he had time to liost the item and the time to go to bank with mikes check but no time to ship SO if i see something he has on here for sale i wouldn't buy from him after reading this fourm..his comments on this fourm tells me he is not to be trusted to send parts out that you pay for.i bett if he didn't get his money until the item is ship then he would find time to ship//

I got my parts today. After he lied all weekend to me and all you guys about the parts being shipped they where shipped out on monday the 12th. When parts got to my shop. Remember his ad # 1408759 (Complete 4 link kit). well the pan hard bar is missing and brackets, 2 of the 4 link bars have a slite bend in them all of the hiem joints are rusted and junk and there is no shock mount brackets top or bottom for the shocks. Also in his ad he says used shocks he didn't say shocks are leaking and need to be replaced. I e-mailed him about my concerns and he tells me there are your parts have fun. So know you guys know what type of guy your dealing with in the future. I will see billy hall from douglas georgia in court. I offered to ship all parts back at my cost for a full refund. and he said tell the judge about this post, and he is going to sue me for slander. lol This will not be the end of this BILLY HALL you misrepersented your sale. and that is what this forum is about.

Its not slander by the way, its Libel, and its only Libel if its untrue. And based on your post of Jan 10, where you said you shipped the item twice, and based on the shipping confirmation that you did not ship until Jan 12, 2009. You are indeed a liar.

Its amazing to me why people does'nt seem to have a moment to let the buyer Know they recieved the money & the status of their parts-It Takes less time to do this than it does to post the ad! I buy alot of parts off this site but absoultey do not buy from anyone that I have to continue emailing on the status of my parts- Anyone I sell to I make it a priorty to keep them updated on their items & This includes all tracking#s-You wouldnt believe how much email this eliminates from buyers wanting their parts-I fully agree with Mr Holloways statement,- If you dont have the time to ship dont advertise! Thats about as simple as it gets--

I agree with what RUDY said in January...once you take the money you should ship that day or the next....the parts are not yours anymore. I have sold stuff on ebay and have always shipped the day the auction ended or the day after. I have the stuff boxed and ready as soon as I have the ad posted.
