No where near what they are doing in Africa . . Nigeria, Sudan, Somalia, just to name a few . . The life expectancy in most of those countries is around 32 years . . Not to mention, with the welfare programs that a good share of the Ghetto Dwellers and Home Boys get assistance from, most of those "Poor Blacks" are closer to "Middle Class' than are most of the "Middle Class" in those African Countries . . If you are aware of what "Poor in Africa" Vs. "Poor in America" means, you'll understand what I'm trying to convey . . .

The "poor" people on welfare in America (at least in my neck of the woods) are supplied with FREE cell phones...just a little perspective. :cry: the poor underprivileged :cry:
