It's ALWAYS the same. If they don't put down a price, that means they are afraid to let you know that they are asking way too much. They just hope you're stupid and won't question their price. They know exactly what price they want, but they are just too ashamed to say in the ad.

Curtis Curtis your post reminds me of a situation I was in a few years back... There was a guy that had a low profile 142-144 blower for sale..he had a asking price of $1400-$1500 ( I can't remember ) or best offer. (OBO)..I think I Offered him right at $1,000....and that guy sent me a Get screwed return message then Blocked me from sending messages back to him. I mean Good Grief...I simply followed thru with his (OBO) Part of his ad...somtimes I think pepple put that ( OBO ) in their ad but really have no concept of what it really means...which is Make an offer and I will consider the best one.....in his case he needed "FIRM" in his asking price ! wish I could remember this guy's name...I remember it was Ed something and he had a 3rd generation camaro... |
