I got the Medford Tools JD2 model 3. The picture is not mine, its in storage at this time. I turned mine on its side, mounted it to an old engine stand. I put the bottle from my engine crane in it. It bends like a dream, very high quality tool. You would be hard pressed to break this thing. They use a metal die versus an aluminum one.
http://www.medfordtools.com/benders/m3b/01.jpg Kinda like the one below, except a manual bottle will not work on its side, the one pictured is a hydrolic bottle. http://198.237.72.28/tools/Bender-8.JPG |
Hey Moon, how much did Pepsi/Mtn Dew pay ya for product placement ! :P :P :P :P :D :D :D :D
Hey PROTOOL, Ya need to 'participate' and build a profile/Race Space page or at least ADVERTISE on RJ before approaching THIS crew with specials/sales. I did an RJ search and did not come up with ANY PROTOOLS stuff for sale.?????????? In other words, I feel you are abusing this forum for financial gain. IMHO |
bender
I use a tube shark. It has always worked well for me, I like the fact that it folds up and I can store it out of the way when not using it. I have the internal tube support which allows bending of thinner materials without crushing. (Thickness depends on material being bent) The only limit I run into is how close you can place one bend to another.
