How about only repeat offenders added to the list? This would stop someone from adding a seller because they regret the deal. iF SOMEONE HAS A HISTORY of bad dealings(littlerod) then they get added.

Hey Tod that can actually be a third sticky just for the repeat offenders. The names on the scammer sticky would only be on there after being found guilty

My thought for the Scammer's list is for guys that are proven guilty of fraud. IMO most of the time the deals can / could be or are worked out. Putting someone on the list just because the buying party felt they got a bad deal. To be honest until I got on the RJ forum I never really knew it was a serious problem. Just imagine how many times it happens and we (the RJ forum ) never know about it!!
