naw my dad ain t got deep pockets at all lmao but he did just finish welding skool so maybe he will soon lol but can u get a scan tool with OBD1 i thought they only made 1 for ODB2 but i'll check into one and maybe i will have it running better now and mopar what you told me helped but i think i mite need a thermostat i think its running a lil warmer than i want it to its a lil over 210 and when it ran good i usually ran around 180 but yea i'll try to get me one of those scan tools Craig and back to talking about the deep pockets i have to pay for everything just about it my dad mite pay for the cheaper parts every once in a blue moon lol :lol: :lol:

obd 1 you can read codes without a scanner. you need a jumper wire or a code key. jump the diagnostic terminal in the data link and count light flashes. get yourself a book at pimp boys , it will tell you how to do this.

what you have there isn't to hard to figure out once you read the codes. But, before you replace any parts go over every ground conection in the engine compartment make sure there all clean tight EVERY ONE OF THEM. part swaping can get expensive just to find out you just had a bad ground.
