NOS bottle mounts!! That is where the front of the bottle would have been supported. In the photo you can see where the base of the bottle mounted would have welded on just in front of the parachute. The mounts below the bad are for trans cooler. The car you have is not set up for a wing.

Dave is correct, what ever you buy is to have to get tabs welded. At this point, find the wing you like and see if you can add the tabs where they need to be.
