Bruce since you noticed I posted this on two threads, the thread title on the second one said:

"Can someone please identify what kind of hemi this is and what its maker is. Any other details would be appreciated as well as dates of purchase, etc etc. Thank you"

That question clearly states hemi, so I guess you missed that part. Secondly, I was asking this question in a light mood, hoping someone could identify it. I didnt know that telling someone that I was considering buying it would help to identify it, thats a new one to me. I was quite polite in my questions so Im not sure how you get that my response was rude. If you guys dont think someone asking why your profile is not active and if the item(s) you are asking about are "stolen" isnt insinuating anything, then id like to have you on my jury in a criminal case.

actually, that is incorrect. The thread TITLE didn't say that...your first post in that thread did. It's possible some people wouldn't click on two different threads with the same title/subject. If he didn't read both, he wouldn't have seen the info you just posted. Just an observation.

and nobody said he didn't insinuate anything...I said he didn't accuse you of anything. You said he made accusations...your words not mine.

Accuse and insinuate are two different things. I am not attacking you here...I just think for someone asking for help you have a bit of an attitude...just my opinion. If your Thread would have been presented differently and not like a guessing game, perhaps the responses would have been different.

My first reaction to the post title on both post was- Whys this guy acting like a jerk? You could have made it clear you wanted help and where not show boating that no one would now who or where it came from. Just what i thought and it looks like everyone else, sorry

Tod, since you have decided that its important that you respond for someone else since apparently you have nothing better to do, I can respond to your input as well.

Im going to cut this short because I have nothing to prove here and this waste of time will be forgotten days from now anyway. If you aren't an attorney you very much should be. Why? Because instead of focusing on the content of the discussion you focus on the context.

As I stated before I was asking the question of what kind of engine this was in a light hearted way, "joking way". I dont know what it is, nor does any of the people I have spoken with so the question couldnt have been asked in "I know the answer do you?" type of way.

As far as saying it was a hemi in the thread, I did say it whether it was in the actual "TITLE" or not. You said if he didnt read both then.... Well if he didnt read both then he shouldnt have commented negatively.

So finally lets get to the insinuate vs accuse. Since you apparently think there is a clear difference between the two ill put it this way: If I insinuated that you had sex with your mother, would that be any less offensive than if I actually accused you of having sex with your mother? I dont think so.

1983 Corvette 5.7ltr w/ TBI. It has a 3/4 Race cam you are putting it too. Personally, I think I would make it a BBQ or a BOAT ANCHOR myself.

While you are at it, why don't you take that block & put it where the sun don't shine....
