I Finally figured it out!!!!! :D I went ahead and bought an electric fuel pump and hooked it up, it was not pumping any fuel. So I traced the line back to the tank and there was about a 4 inches piece of rubber hose coming from the suction of the tank that was dry rotted. I replaced it and the Buick Came Alive. :D :D :D The piece of rubber line was hard to spot because it was on top of the tank. Thanks for all the suggestions.

I've never heard of a "GOOD" edlebrock carb, most everyone I've seen were not even fit to be boat anchors> JMO Cp
