I could leave the door on it and just close it for a scoop plug. :D

I need to order a converter and rear end gears so a scoop is pretty far down on the "parts needed" list. I was going to order the converter today from BTE but got busy at work and didn't get the chance.

That is actually what I have been planning on doing :D .Plus I want to stick a rivet in the flag so it stays up!!! :P

I wouldn't use that edelbrock pro flow or whatever they call em now. They have a thin foam filter like thingy in them and I seen a guys car back fire one time and melted that crap all over the carb...been a long time ago but turned me off of those things.

If it were me i'd go with a butterfly scoop, throw away the elements and hook the linkage 1 to 1 on the buterflys.
RPC is the source for these and can be bought for about $150.00 plus shipping if you have a source which i can hook you up with.

That sorta reminds me of a post I read on here somewhere that was talking about Ron's toilet injection.
Some smart alleck said they tried to run a toilet on their car but the lid wouldn't stay open all the time and it sloshed water all over the motor when he hit the brakes...lol

I bet it would "load up" when idling and you would have to "clean it out" with a plunger. :D
