Allow me to suggest that a moderator could step up to provide assistance. Experience hassle and difficulty accessing your messages with this annoyance. Placing the RJ messages at the bottom could be beneficial.

It is very annoying and makes it hard to get to my messages. Even if the RJ messages were on the bottom, that would help.
