Im not sure where you got your figures but I recieved a letter from The Atty Gens office stating he recived 2 years Prison & a $2000 fine--Not bad for all the money he made--

my letter stated that , and also that he had to pay restitution to me that he owed.

Wish I could help you out but we weren't friends, I just new him. Years ago (1980's) he got fired from cheif auto parts for stealing among other things.

I am also trying to get money back from someone else, not this guy. Did your lawyer get him or the St. Atty?
