you got that right..my ass is still hurting....he got me 2 years ago also....ive given up....once a crook always a crook....nice looking dragster but wouldnt EVEN want to deal with HIM,...

Well after 19 months he paid me half of the money he owed me. He asked me if I would take that and call it even and I felt some was better then never getting any so I said OK and he finally sent me half and I told him Im threw with the issue and would post we are straight so I am!!!!!!

I'd take the money and pull a "Nick Claiborne" on him- Laugh at him, thank him for the contribution and continue to beat his reputation into the ground.

I have to agree on that one; I mean he paid you half. The last thing Nick should be worried about is his accuser's backing off on a post/thread... if I were him, I would invest in some good supplemental insurance... or "life" insurance... maybe both... his reputation is shot anyways.
