Hi everyone. I'm looking to have a drag car transported from Minnesota to South Carolina. The car is a tube chassis roller camaro that sits very low. I'm looking for a company to move the car for me and don't have a clue which companies to look at that have experience moving race cars. Any help identifying a good transport company would be appreciated. Thanks.

Forward Air used to be about the best in price . I haven't used them in 2 years though. Try www.forwardair.com

Thanks for the reply. Already booked with United Routes, LLC. and the car is on it's way. So far so good.

Before shipping the car it is important to have proper insurance coverage for the car. The insurance will help the customers to get the amount of damage if it happens during the movement of the vehicle. There are many auto companies who will provide you with insurance and some of them won’t help you out in the insurance of the vehicle.
I can say anyone looking for car/auto transport (https://citizenshipper.com/vehicle-transportation) service can done their work with citizenshipper which i tested to be good company overall. When i place my shipment on them i got quotes quickly and service is also what we can expect from a company also i want to give one tips which i found helpful:

You can try ForwardAir, they offer a wide range of transportation services. They also have their own website where you can book the pickup schedule and fix the price for your package.

Hoping for a quick reply

It is always exciting to start a new project, especially when you are looking for specific parts to get a build back on the road. I usually check several niche classifieds and local racing groups because you never know who might have a rare component sitting in their garage from an old project. It helps to be very specific about the year and model you are working on so other members can point you toward the right compatibility or aftermarket alternatives. If you end up finding exactly what you need but it is halfway across the country, figuring out the logistics can be a bit of a headache. I have had good results using a reliable shipping service like https://www.a1autotransport.com/car-transportation-services/ (https://www.a1autotransport.com/international-car-shipping/) to move larger items or even the entire car frame when it is not in running condition. It definitely beats trying to drive a trailer thousands of miles yourself, and it keeps the project moving forward without adding more stress to your schedule.
