I was watching a movie when that was a regular thing and I suspect the crime rate was much lower. What do yall think?

Set some examples crime will go down. A few weeks ago in Nashville there was a shooting when they caught the SOB he was a convicted felon with a violent history ( big surprise). They guy was sentenced to 8years less than a year ago and was back out on the street. It makes no sense to me.

Maybe let the family of the victim decide: Let him go, quick execution, or inflect the same pain and eventual death the way he did the victim.
