This guy is a scumbag. Took my money, half now and then half when engine arrives. I sent half through paypal to [email protected]. He emailed me several times advising that he had shipped the engine and will send me BOL. Engine never arrived and now unable to contact him.

I will pay for accurate information on this scumbag. He claimed his name was Michael Garcia, Sacramento CA. Racing Junk will not provide me his information without a subpoena. I really don't want the police involved because I would rather handle myself.

Did he say how he shipped the motor? The last couple things I have purchased ( not auto related ) took longer to arrive than estimated. The loss of communication would worry me a lot however. What day did he say the motor was shipped?

The motor was supposed to be shipped YRC transport and arrive Monday however, I have not received the BOL or any shipping info. Now no returned email or messages.

i believe you just got taken, i have heard that name before on the forum about a blower scam i think and also selling transmissions. you people need to do a good search on who you are dealing with , tell them you will pick up in person and see what they say or find someone in that town to look at it ,racingjunk has plenty of members in all states,if you search his ad # it comes up that he has another 383 engine for sale for $2000. scammers are getting smarter and the law don't care.

He also ripped me off on a transmission on eBay , I was shocked to find after googling his name how many people he has gotten!!! He had a racing business in Lodi CA called Garcia Racing and is on fb with his wife Sb Micheal n Amber Garcia ... totall pos i sent the Lodi police to his shop and in order to do anything if either have to fly out there or hire a lawyer so I let it go!!! ALL BUTERS BEWARE OF THIS SCUMBAG!!!
