I have just been notified by the merchant, my $1,000 Deposit has been returned via my Business Visa Account.

humm, On August 19th 2014 he emailed us and to advise us he was not building the chassis and was returning our $1,000 Deposit in Full.
No Chassis! No Return of our $1,000 Deposit.
soo what is it, no refund or a refund, ??
