Beast if it is already in your gallery its really easy, go to the picture in your gallery, right click on the pic to open the properties window, in that window you will see "address:" then the URL of the pic. Here is the URL of the pic you were talking about "http://s3.amazonaws.com/s3.racingjunk.com/ui/8/32/11056328-981.jpg" Copy that address
So now if you are in just quick reply you type then paste the address and right behind it type
Now if you are in the advanced reply area of a post just click the picture icon, put in the pictures URL address and hit enter.

Hope you understand all that and here is your pic!
