Logging in to Home page

Anyone having trouble not being able to log in to the Home page? The Log in box doesn't even show up. But obviously I was able to log in on the forum...??

Recent Windows Upgrade? I went through this on another site and had to stop using IE to get all the bells and whistles to work...
