I know you feel like you want to keep someone else from a potential problem with this trans place you quoted, but you need to realize too that without details, your post won't be taken seriously on this site.
If you want to help others, then come back and state your case in detail and give the trans place a chance to be notified of your post and come on here for their side.
Maybe someone on this site reading about it will know of a way to help you.
