I am seeking to find out if anyone possible has dealt with a real nice guy in GA named, Cecil. I traded him vehicles back in 2009 and currently need to talk to him about the title on the vehicle. Racing Junk purged my messages from that time frame and I can not find his user name to get in touch with him.
If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. He does a lot of trades for vehicles if this helps.
