I don't know him, but you could try calling and talking to him. He does pay Honor Payments which means he seems to have some integrity. If you arn't too far from each other you could agree to meet at a track in the area. Good luck with your trans search.

I called Hightower unfortunately no DR4's they only do circle track tranny's my search continues.
