Edelbrock Pro-Flo EFI

I have a used Edelbrock Pro-Flo 2bb EFI that I would like to install on my 63 SS 327. It's a AC car w/ 4 speed that I want reliable performance. I've been told by a few sources that the Edelbrock EFI is not user friendly and have advised against installing it.

Any comments pro or con on using the Edelbrock EFI?
