383 stroker

i am building a stroker moter for my drag car & im running into some issues with parts its a .40 over 350 with a eagle stroker crank 5.7 rods i am having a hard time finding the right pistons & cam for this combo i want to run nitrious in this engine & make power to 7500RPM any suggestions?

Here you go and IMO probe is one of the best pistons on the market they're all i've used in the last 3 yrs.
