I think he intoduced the same bill last year too. I don't think it got out of the committee last year.
The people that send him to congress ought to be real proud of him! dgh

I'm not concerned about it happening any time soon, HOWEVER, the SPEED at which our beloved Nation is changing IS a major concern. And the FACT that these individuals WANT THAT type of 'change'.....
