VC selling engines?

I was at my machine shop Friday, and some kid was saying he had bought a Victor Cagnazzi mountain motor.
Unless I am mistaken, they only lease their engines.
Anyone know? Thanks....

Just wondering if it's a "LAST YEARS" technology engine. Not saying it's a bad engine, but not thier "State of the art" horsepower. Cleaning out the old inventory.
