Hard to turn

Help can't steer Brogie roadster. The steering on my roadster i just bought is so hard to steer. Ut has the torsion bar frt end with a big block. I know it will be hard to turn but this is extreme. I have to use all my strength to turn into parking place and wont turn but half left. Any help to make this thing turn?
