holley 650

put a holley 650 dp on my mild 350 when i stab the throttlr it bogs and then revs up great anyone got any ideas? if i ease into it it works fine but if i just nail it bogs bad (sometimes enough to kill it) then comes to life... ideas

sounds like too much fuel from the accel pumps... change the lil cam lube to a smaller one :wink:

The 650 we have on the duck truck was doing the same thing, went to a bigger squirter and took care of problem. I could see when i hit the throttle the primary squirters didnt have much coming out. If your getting to much gas you should notice lots of black smoke from exhaust.. R.C. stop at the shop today and pick up your big block!!
