Beat dominator e85 conversion

I have a 8896-1 1050 dominator 3 circuit. I want to convert to e85 and was thinking about sending it to quick fuel. They said 2 weeks and about 400 dollars and it would be ready to go. I know just enough about carb's to be dangerous and less about e85.
Has anybody had quick fuel do their conversion and how was it?
Motor is 522 bbc 13.5 cr bbx2 heads 724 solid roller 278/284 .050 makes 825 hp on gas.

I had a buddy just swap his 950 to a E85 APD, hes tested it 2 weekends, very good carb !!

Sent my Holley 850 to quick fuel they set it up great. I did not have to touch it other than set the idle RPM.
