The best tire for a hardtail dragster with a 540/885hp

I am new to the hardtail dragster's. The previous owner used a goodyear super stock type tire. It was a 14.5x33, but he had a small block that ran 5.30's. The car has front suspension installed by diamond. I have a set of 15x33 C07 Hoosiers, and a set of 16x33 C06 Hoosiers. Will what I have work or will I need a different compound, size, brand, or what. I am planning to run 4.70's-4.80's with this car if that helps.

Thanks for the advice. However I checked today and the 16X33's and D05 compound. I am guessing that they are to soft for the dragster, or am I wrong???
