02 sensor

I have a auto meter wide band air fuel gauge and was wondering if anyone has tried to replace there sensor? summit want 149.00 for a new o2 sensor from auto meter,I found the same one for 45.00 at a local parts store. It has the same Bosch LSU4.2 part # wich is 17014. I'm not sure what the differance would be?
