Searching Member Profiles

How come every time I search a members name it says Sorry your search has found no results????

I use the search profiles then by username and nothing???

I know they are members as they sent me a message

Did you try clicking on the message, it usually shows the name which leads to the profile.

If they have not setup their profiles then there is nothing to see.
