Zip, or others, I posted Nov 18th a post on a 60 over 350 engine. In your experience how much HP will this combo make? I'm trying to deceide whether to buy a Dart Lil M Sportsman or Dart Lil M, or stick with my 60 over Chevy 010 block, please give me your thoughts. Thanking you in advance.

my bro has a 350+60 (358ci) in his vega. he has hogged out eldelbrock heads with flat tops and eagle rotating assembly and he is making 500 ponies and running 10.65's in the 1/4 in a 2300 pound car with a glide and 4:88 gears

I would look at the SHP anf the SHP Pro block and the Dart Pro block Dart is reduced the price 150.00 starting Dec. 1st

I'm with (Hink) on this one if you can afford it. The SHP block is definately safer at .60 over. My good friend Jimmy Smith a member here also runs a 358" and has gone thru a couple blocks in the last 2/3 yrs. One he pulled the main web out of it and has split cylinders on the other. The SHP block will seal better on the cylinders due to the extra wall thickness and make more HP without filling the block with block fill.
I've got a Dart lil M for the 434" engine that's going in my car this winter.

Thanks to all that replied to my post. It looks like I am going to be on the ragged edge if i stick with a GM chevy small block for my application. Now I need to deceide which Dart block to use. Thanks again. dgh
