Scammed by Josh McCoy from West Virginia

I wanted a pair of race pants that Josh had on Racing Junk. I called , negotiated a price and sent money to him by Western Union. He had his money the next morning. He has yet to send them. THAT WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO!!! I have called him . HE BLAMED HIS MOM for MISPLACING them. I have requested a refund and now I cant get in touch with him by phone or e-mail. The last I heard was he got kicked out of his home and lost his job. HE MUST BE A LOSER IN ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE !!!
He calls himself RACESAFE127. I hope he has not scammed anyone else.

Check ad #2297928 yep he is a sh** bag. This phone number is to his aunt and uncle. Also this is their address not his. His uncle sent me used one layer suit after staying on their ass. I called all through the night just hitting redial.
