i have always considered myself pretty damn tough,in fact i am.but i started to cry when i saw that.i could feel the tears runnin down my face.the person driving that first van had to see that child. so would have the 2nd.and the people that just went on by.i am or at least ive been told i am hard hearted i quess this vid proves all of them wrong.i would give my life for a child.but to walk past one hurt, not in this life time. their government should track down all invovled and line them up against a wall. im am so angry right now and i have no outlet for my anger. i think im gonna go get my ak and shoot a lot of rounds off the back porch.(at a target)

Unimaginable... horrific. We are a part of the population who will stop & help immediately however... we must raise our kids & continue to teach to stop for another in need of help. Those 18 people will be judged for such hard hearts they have... poor kid... what a hellish place for a little toddler to be in.
