Buying a car for the first time out of state need advice

title says it all...im located in chicago and the car im looking to buy is in utah wat are the best steps to take and wat best way to go about completing transaction...any help and advice much appreciated thanks!!!

if ya know some one in the area that can inspect it for you do that or make the trip yourself and just make sure it what it is said to be and what ya want so that later your no in buyers remorse and back on here bad mouthing seller as a bad deal as duh as it sounds it happens alot
